High Temperature Bearings

High Temperature Greases

The greases are formulated for applications in smelting works and rolling mills as well as other high-temperature applications, such as rotary kilns, cooling beds, road tarmacking machines, annealing furnaces and plain bearings in foundry cranes. Application of the greases can reduce lubricant and wastewater disposal costs due to lower consumption and better water resistance.

Alloy Steel Bearings

High temperature resistance, added KLUBER high temperature grease, excellent mechanical properties, low cost, suitable for low speed, high load and difficult environment.

Full Ceramic Bearings

Corrosion resistant, high temperature, non-magnetic, no lubrication, suitable for low speed, low load and extreme environment.

Applications And Customers

All bearings have temperature limits. Usually the material weakens above a certain temperature and the bearing can no longer handle any meaningful load or speed. Provided a suitable lubricant is used, chrome steel bearings can handle temperatures up to 150°C while 440 grade stainless steel bearings can be used at temperatures of up to 300°C, full ceramic bearings can be used at temperatures of up to 1000°C.
